Adult Boot Camp Classes

Fitness classes that progress and regress for any individual’s fitness level. Each day hits multiple muscle groups for a well-rounded full body workout. Monday through Saturday there’s a class for you! Also includes monthly in-body scan and accountability check-in.

Weekly Workout Schedule

Mondays: 6:00am, 5:00pm, and 6:00pm

Tuesdays: 5:00pm & 6:00pm

Wednesdays: 6:00am, 5:00pm, and 6:00pm

Thursdays: 5:00pm & 6:00pm

Online Training / Nutrition Lifestyle Plans

Given access to an insanely advanced mobile app so you can train on the go! You’ll have scheduled workouts, so you'll know exactly what the workout is before you step into the gym, no thinking required! Offers step-by-step videos and descriptions of every exercise. Log workouts, progress photos, steps, daily habits, body stats and more. In-app messaging makes it easy to stay connected and accountable by continuous support and encouragement. Gym and in-home workouts available!

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private training involves you and two other people dedicated reaching and exceeding your fitness goals and overall lifestyle change. It takes personal training to the same level of customization without the price tag.

One on one training session that is built around the individual goals and fitness level. We have a number of trainers who specialize in catering to you. We will find you a perfect fit! Includes monthly in-body and monthly check-ins as well as nutritional help.

Performance training for ages 12-14. During this time, it’s important to focus on form, agility, strength, balance, and FUN! Not only do the young athletes go through a full workout that’s beneficial to all sports and activities, but we always make time for some kind of wellness competition or activity that gets the kids to smile at the end of the workout.

Independent Trainers

Train your own clients and grow your brand all from the 4,000+ sq. ft. facility. 100% commission based, just simply pay rent.
